Methods of Payment We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, DiscoverCard and online checks. If you prefer to order off-line, we accept all cards listed, checks and money orders. Checks must be written on an American bank. Please note-- orders paid for with a check will be held for ten business days after deposit to ensure receipt of funds. There is a $25 returned check fee.
Can I purchase off-line? Yes, that's no problem. Please browse our store and put the items you want in the shopping basket. When you are finished, proceed to checkout. Once your total is available (including shipping and taxes), you will be instructed to print out what's on your computer screen-- that will be your order form. Then, send us your order by mail, fax or phone. Our phone number, office hours, and mailing address will be on your order form. We will put your order into production when payment is received. If paid for by check, we must hold your order for ten business days from the time your check is deposited to ensure receipt of funds.

How long will my order take? Once you place your order with us, if you pay online, we begin production on the order immediately. If you place an off-line order, we will begin production when we receive payment for your order. Since our orders are custom manufactured, production may take a few days. Following is our estimated time for you to receive your order. This time is dependent upon the time in production and the time it takes for our shipping service (US Priority Mail and US Mail) to deliver.

Are street graphics guaranteed? Yes, street graphics are guaranteed. If your graphic does not stay on your vehicle, or in some way is damaged, or even if you "crash" the graphic when applying to your vehicle window (or other smooth surface), we will provide a replacement free of charge.
